My house doesn’t have a gym and the gym is far from where my house is located.. What’s left to do? Get fat? Lol, no.

I know it’s hard to choose salads and smoothies over pizzas and soft drinks. I’m not saying that you totally avoid them,but minimizing intake is a step towards a healthy goal.
